《天涼好個秋》劇情簡介
一次偶然之中，程偉（鐘鎮濤 飾）在河邊遇見了想要投河自盡的何莉文（林鳳嬌 飾），幸好程偉出手相救，否則何莉文早已經一命嗚呼。何莉文請求程偉陪她去醫院進行流產手術，被何莉文深深迷住的程偉答應了。手術之后，程偉更是將何莉文帶回了家中修養。
漸漸地，程偉了解了何莉文悲慘的過去。家道中落的她為了生計不得不來到酒廊上班，因此招致了男友羅平遠的誤會。羅平遠打算前往美國深造，此時何莉文的腹中已經懷上了他的孩子。羅平遠離開后，何莉文三番五次的想要聯系他卻無果，羅平遠的家人亦不愿意相信何莉文的孩子是羅平遠的。走投無路之下，何莉文想到了自殺。
