正就讀中學的少年邁爾斯（沙梅克·摩爾 Shameik Moore 配音）意外被一只遭受放射性污染的蜘蛛咬傷，隨后身體發生奇特的變化。偶然機緣，他目睹了蜘蛛俠（克里斯·派恩 Chris Pine 配音）和犯罪頭目金并（列維·施瑞博爾 Liev Schreiber 配音）的戰斗。為了阻止金并利用時空對撞機擾亂宇宙，蜘蛛俠最終壯烈犧牲?？晌催^多久，來自平行宇宙的頹廢的彼德·帕克（杰克·約翰遜 Jake M.
