《塞爾福里奇先生第一季》劇情簡介
主要講述百貨業先驅者哈里·戈登·塞爾弗里奇的傳奇經歷。塞爾弗里奇是美國出生的英國商人，1906年來到英國，開始在倫敦牛津大街建造塞爾弗里奇百貨商店。該店于1909年開業，成為百貨商店的「始祖」。后來，情婦和賭癮讓塞爾弗里奇失去了巨額家產，在窮困潦倒中死去。與塞爾弗里奇有染的著名女性包括：伊莎朵拉·鄧肯（Isadora Duncan），現代舞的創始者，使舞蹈成為人類肢體與感情的自然表達方式，因披肩卷入跑車輪胎中而意外身亡；安娜·帕芙洛娃（Anna Pavlova），俄羅斯芭蕾舞演員，當代著名的舞蹈家，為傳播和普及芭蕾舞藝術做出重大貢獻。
