《小娘惹2008》劇情簡介
本劇以一個大家庭幾代人的恩怨情仇，融合娘惹文化精髓，展現了新加坡的歷史變遷。啞女菊香（歐萱 飾）出生在一個新加坡土生華人大家庭，溫柔漂亮更有一手好廚藝和女紅，由于是姨太太所生而身份低賤。在日軍南下前夕，她被安排嫁給一位富有峇峇當妾，卻不甘命運安排而逃婚，巧遇一名日本青年攝影師，最終兩人私定終身。戰爭爆發后，菊香夫妻不幸遇難身亡，留下孤苦伶仃的女兒月娘（歐萱 飾）。
月娘逃到外祖父家，在外婆的督導下，繼承了娘惹的廚藝、女紅，長成像她母親一樣嬌俏的少女。戰后外祖父一家逃難回來，月娘就像當年的母親一樣，被歧視、毒打、折磨，為了保護外婆，她忍辱負重。由于一次誤打誤撞，她結識了“身無分文”的小司機陳錫（戚玉武 飾），此后兩人來往不斷。原來陳錫出生名門，隱瞞身份與月娘交往，卻被她的純真、善良和堅強感動，對她一往情深。由于身份地位懸殊，各自的家庭不斷施壓，兩人決定...
