第三季《昭雪》將緊接第二季結尾，從丹尼爾簽署認罪協議的那個下午開始。協議會被認可嗎？丹尼爾是否將離開小鎮？而當一具遺體被警方發現時，法務部門再次向丹尼爾索取答案。阿曼莎嘗試從丹尼爾的事情中抽身，開啟新的生活。與此同時，托妮和小泰則試圖借昔日時光以探索兩人婚姻的未來。珍妮與泰德的婚姻，同樣也因為丹尼爾的作為而開始經受考驗。
