近期，一部名為《Churails》的巴基斯坦網劇經歷了被禁播，又在觀眾的憤怒下，重新上線的過程。這部10集的連續劇講述了4個不同背景的女人，因為父權制的不公而走到一起，成立了一個秘密偵探機構“Churails”（女巫）的故事。
四名女主角，一個是曾為律師的上流社會家庭主婦，一個是勢利的活動策劃人，一個是十幾歲的拳擊手，一個是剛出獄的殺人犯。她們開了一家時裝精品店，作為秘密偵探機構的幌子。這份偵探工作，本是為了幫助懷疑丈夫不忠的女性找到證據，但隨著情節的發展，它觸及了一些不容忽視的議題，如童婚、騷擾、虐待、強迫婚姻、種族主義、階級不平等、同性戀等等。從威脅對妻子家暴的丈夫，到解救陷入強迫婚姻中的Churails成員，面紗反而成了她們執行任務時隱藏身份的重要掩護。
