《5252sese》劇情簡介
Miranda（米蘭達·哈特 Miranda Hart 飾）是一個身高一米八三、身形魁梧、胃口極佳、常常被人誤叫做“sir”的名副其實的女漢子。她開了一家半吊子的玩笑商店，請了自己最好的朋友Stevie（薩拉·哈德蘭 Sarah Hadland 飾）做店老板。Miranda媽媽最大的愿望就是把芳齡35的女兒嫁出去，積極為她安排各種各樣的相親。事實上，Miranda早就有意中人，他就是帥氣高大又帶點憨直的廚師Gary（湯姆·艾利斯 Tom Ellis 飾）。
在第一季的結尾，Miranda沒來得及告訴Gary自己的心意，他就接受了新工作，遠赴香港。三個月過去了，Miranda還沒走出低潮期，餐廳里卻來新的大廚。Miranda和新大廚竟擦出火花，但就在這時，Gary回來了……
