CW這一版根據1990年法國電影《尼基塔女郎》、1993年美國翻拍版電影《尼基塔：永不回頭》及1997年由美國和加拿大聯合制作的電視劇集《尼基塔女郎》改編而成。
在Percy被擊斃，Amanda失蹤后，“Division”被Ryan（諾亞·比恩 Noah Bean 飾）接管，成為一個正是為國效力的秘密組織。可是這個組織依然見不光，用來對抗恐怖組織和收服Percy過往的殘留余黨。而這次的“Division”除了保留以前所有的特工，還有Nikita（李美琪 Maggie Q 飾）和搭檔兼未婚夫Michael（夏恩·韋斯特 Shane West 飾）、有著特工與富豪雙重身份的Alex（琳德西·馮塞卡 Lyndsy Fonseca 飾）、怪才計算機專家Brikhoff（亞倫·斯坦福 Aaron Stanford 飾）。這一次眾人又要面對如何危險的處境呢？
