改名換姓后的立威（原名為祥威，李銘順飾）事業愛情雙跌谷底，正巧得到貴人銳杰（林明倫飾）的幫助，順理成章地“取代”了富豪李銳明的身份，過起了豪門生活。銳明與老婆思婷（范文芳飾）育有一對兒女子?。ㄐ毂蝻棧┖图挝模ㄉ蚣矣耧棧詾槟軣o憂無慮地過著下半輩子，怎知老天給他開了個大玩笑，讓他一夜致富，又將他的所有奪走。紙終究包不火，立威的真實身份將被揭發，當真相被紕漏后，他是否還能與“家人”在一起？
