英國的德爾斯布勒，正悄悄展開一場游戲。這是屬于富翁和殺戮者的殘酷游戲，它每7年舉行一次，幕后操縱者以一千萬美元獎金為誘餌召集了世界上30位頂尖殺手，在24小時之內，他們將在這個小鎮內捉對廝殺，只有最后的王者才能獲得巨額報酬。與此同時，富豪們坐在大屏幕前觀看現場直播，大賭輸贏，場面極其瘋狂。
