愛德華·伯恩斯加盟蘋果新版劇集《驚異傳奇》。該劇由史蒂文·斯皮爾伯格打造，安培林TV、環球TV聯合制作，蘋果已預訂10集。伯恩斯將在新劇一集中飾一名特工，該集導演馬克·米羅(《權力的游戲》)，伯恩斯也將擔任該集監制。老版《驚異傳奇》曾于上世紀80年代中期播出過兩季，由一系列具有科幻、恐怖、幽默等元素的故事組成，曾獲12項艾美獎提名。
