宋信仁繼承父業，經營著一間古董店，生意不是很好，所以經常都搞些小手段，故意把一些古董擺在易跌易碰到的地方，讓進來的客戶打破，進而逼他們還錢或者買下。
信仁住的老舊公寓也是父親留下來的產業，與姐姐楚云連名共有。由于地點優越，深受發展商青睞，派人進行收集同意書，尋求集體出售。
信仁是蠢蠢欲動，可惜老鄰居王偉國和洪美黛不想搬，極力反對，偉國還是古董店的老伙計，是看著信仁長大的。信仁無奈，只好拒絕同意集體出售。
這天，來了一個冷艷不可方物的女郎，還帶著個小男孩。
